Attention Parents of Students in Grades 9–12:
If your student plans to participate in a winter sport and has not yet had a PIAA sports physical for this school year, please note that physicals must be dated on or after May 1st of the current school year. Forms and submission details can be found at oakland-catholic.bigteams.com.
If your student participated in a fall sport, a new physical is not required, but a recertification form must be completed.
Please remember, students will not be permitted to participate in the first official practice unless this form and all required online athletic forms are complete.
